Tianjin Productivity Center of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing
Sponsored by State ministry of Science and Technology,
Tianjin Productivity Center of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing
was founded as a National Service Bureau for rapid prototyping
and tooling (RP&T) in 1998. Further sponsored by Tianjin
Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the center
was named as Tianjin Technical Center of Rapid Prototyping
Engineering and Tianjin In-time Technology Co., Ltd. as
an independent company. Now its construction scale and
comprehensive service ability is at the cutting-edge level
in China.
At present, our facilities include: 1 SLA (Stereo Lithography
Apparatus), 2 SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), 1 LOM (Laminated
Object manufacturing), 2 vacuum casting machines for production
of plastic by silicon mold, 5 CNCs for tooling, CAD/CFD/FEA
code and so on.
The Co. successfully developed “custom-built damping cushion”
for Chinese manned spaceships Shenzhou No. 5 & No.
6, and acquired 1st class prize for the progress in science
